Motel 6 Azle, TX

We were able to check in quickly and easily, and the room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The location is also very convenient—close to everything we needed. “I am staying for the weekend at motel 6 in azle. I am still here actually! Just had my 2nd night out of 3 nights (and am thinking about extending by 1 night) When I checked in the service was amazing. I pulled up and some other guests mentioned there was no one at the desk as the guy was fixing their shower. Wow! He sure is working hard to make sure all his guests are taken care of! That was a big green flag for me. Shows they care about their guests and I definitely don't mind waiting a few while they take care of what they need to. I met both the night person and the day person. I can't remember who is who as I met them about 30 minutes apart but one was named Sai (idk if I spelled that right) and the other Sam. Both were super friendly! Super helpful and on top of things. The room smelled really good. And everything was super clean! And considering I used to work for hotels I know where to look to see if rooms were actually checked over. The sheets and comforter were clean and in good shape. Only thing was my door deadbolt didn't lock. Im sure it's from the door shifting over time with weather and wear. However the security latch did work and the regular electronic lock also worked. Just the deadbolt didn't. So I felt fine and still safe. I will mention it to them on checkout however because if my man wasn't with me and it was just me I think I would be a little bit more worried about it. I will say considering it's August in texas the room was scorching hot when I got here. The AC unit was turned off. Im going to guess thats to save electricity and most likely policy for them. But at this time of year it was Def super super hot. I would think they would leave the AC on but set it higher like "85" or something just to keep some air in the room but not run the bill up too high. However, the AC unit worked fantastic! So the room did cool off over time. But took like 45 minutes to do so. Again not an issue for me. I didn't mind waiting. Lastly you cannot change to HDMI (input) on the TV. It was my birthday weekend and I really just wanted to plug in the PS4 or Roku to binge watch my show but since you can't and cable sucks these days I have spent the whole time watching it on my phone. Sad waste of a TV. But warning you ahead of time so you don't bring all the stuff like I did and then find out you can't even use it. 5/5 stars! Will def be back and staying here again! Customer service was amazing, hotel is nice and clean and somewhat updated. For the price you are going to be happy. I have worked and stayed in hotels that were more expensive and in worse shape.”

“I absolutely love love the location of the 6, it’s always my number one place I choose above all to go when I need to stay at a room, the rooms always smell so good and look great!! The staff is very attentive and very polite . I v never seen staff go out of there way to help any situation at any hour. Very kind people shi and ms.mary… even the maid services I would give a ten too. Thank you motel 6 staff we really appreciate business with yall.. I would recommend for any person any event..”
